Andrew Moore's original bond was $4,000. The Grady County Sheriff and several citizens complained about the low bond, so a judge raised it to $25,000.

Moore was supposed to be in court on Thursday for the bond hearing. He didn't show up, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
