Two men were killed and another man injured in a single-vehicle accident in Kiowa County, early Saturday morning.

According to a police report, 48-year-old Jay Ragsdale was driving a 2005 Ford pickup truck westbound on county road 1420 in Kiowa County around 7:30 a.m. with passengers Jerry Jackson, 62, and Gates Jennings, 23.

Ragsdale drove off the road to the left for an unknown reason, overcorrected and lost control. The vehicle rolled two and a half times, ejecting all three men before coming to rest on its top. No one was wearing a seatbelt.

Ragsdale and Jackson were both pronounced dead at the scene with multiple injuries. Jennings was transported by ambulance to Elkview Hospital in Hobart and later transferred to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. He is listed in stable condition.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is still investigating the cause of the crash. All three men were from Roosevelt, Oklahoma.
