Police have charged 20-year-old Robert Flenory with first degree murder.
Officers say a black SUV crashed into a utility pole just before 5 a.m. near the intersection of S.W. 15th Street and Penn on Saturday, September 15.
The victim, Javier Collazo, 34, was taken to the hospital and later died from gunshot wounds. After investigating, officers found several bullet holes in the SUV.
