Oklahoma City Thunder players Kevin Durant, Kevin Martin, Serge Ibaka, Kendrick Perkins and Russell Westbrook all appear on the 2013 NBA All-Star Ballot that was unveiled on Tuesday.

The All-Star candidates were revealed during a special tip-off event in Houston, the host of the NBA All-Star weekend for this season.

As usual, the All-Star voting is fan driven and fans have more ways to vote than ever this season. Fans can vote on Facebook and Twitter for the first time.

Twitter voting will allow fans to tweet a vote for one player each day throughout the All-Star balloting period. The Tweet must include a player's first and last name, along with hash tag #NBABALLOT.

Facebook voting will allow fans to fill out one full ballot per day, through a custom application on the social networking site. Fans can also access the ballot and vote through the NBA Game Time and NBA Game Time from Sprint applications.

Oklahoma City fans can also text the player's last name to the number "69622," which stands for "MYNBA." Or fans can visit NBA.com/ASB.

Balloting will conclude on Jan. 14, and starters will be announced on Jan. 17.

The 62nd NBA All-Star Game will be played at Toyota Center in Houston on Feb. 17, 2013. The city previously hosted NBA All-Star in 1989 and 2006.
