Jurors See Crime Scene In Trial Against Man Accused Of Shooting OK Deputy

It was day two Wednesday of the trial of a man accused of shooting an Oklahoma County sheriff major in the face.

Wednesday afternoon jurors took a field trip of sorts to Cattlemen's restaurant where Christopher Baker is accused of shooting and robbing Major John Waldenville.

Meanwhile back in the courtroom, Baker's ex-girlfriend testified about phone calls she and Baker had since he's been in jail.

She says Baker told her if he could go back to that day he'd still do what he did because he needed money.

Thursday, a suspect in the beating of Oklahoma City police officer Chad Peery is expected to testify against Baker about conversations the two had in jail.
