An OSU newspaper reported the allegations of sexual assault against the former FarmHouse member. The O'Collegian reported about receiving an anonymous email claiming Cochran committed more than 10 assaults on fraternity pledges.
Gary Shutt, Director of Communications at OSU, says that an investigation had been completed by a student conduct group on Nov. 30, 2012. The students decided not to notify police at that time, Shutt reportedly told The O'Collegian.
Multiple agencies have been involved with this investigation.
