Oklahoma Baptist's loss at then No. 19 Rogers State and home win over then No. 9 USAO cost the Bison one spot in the NAIA Division I Men's Basketball Top 25 Coaches' Poll.

OBU dipped to No. 5 in the rankings, the lowest to date this season for the Bison. OBU has 252 points in the poll, which are just two shy of No. 4 William Carey and four behind No. 3 Lewis-Clark State. Last week's top-ranked team, Cumberlands, lost two games after getting the top ranking and dropped to No. 14.

The new No. 1 is the lone remaining undefeated team in the NAIA – Columbia at 17-0.
