Gunman Robs Norman Motel

Norman police are searching for a gunman who robbed a Motel 6 late Monday night.

The man walked into the motel at 1016 26th Avenue Northwest around 9:30 p.m. on January 21. He pulled out a silver handgun and demanded money from the clerk. The motel employee gave him an unknown amount of cash, and the gunman ran out of the building.

The robber is described as a white male in his mid-20s with blond hair. He stands 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 180 to 210 pounds, and has a tattoo on his neck. He was wearing a dark jacket with the hood pulled up, dark jeans, and a black ski mask.
