The Edmonton Oilers, parent club of the Oklahoma City Barons, have recalled forward Mark Arcobello.
Arcobello, a 5-9, 165-pounder from Milton, Conn., is skating in his third season with the Barons. He is among the franchise leaders in goals (40), assists (60) and points (100) in Barons franchise history. This season, he has 39 points (14-25-39) in 43 games played. He recently represented the Barons at the 2013 AHL All Star Classic where he had three assists, including the primary assist on the game-winning goal with 12 seconds left to play.
The Yale University graduate played 131 games with the Bulldogs over four seasons, scoring 116 points (49-67-116). He began his professional career with the Stockton Thunder in 2010-11 where he scored 21 points (7-14-21) in 33 games.
The Barons return to action this weekend with two home games against the Grand Rapids Griffins.
