Bank Robbery Leads To Bomb Scare In Warr Acres

The Oklahoma City Police Department bomb squad has cleared the scene after a bank robbery suspect claimed there were explosives in his car.

Police say Wednesday morning, the suspect robbed Bank of the West at 5757 NW Expressway. Police immediately arrested him, but he then claimed there were explosives in his car.

The bomb squad was called in to check the vehicle. They swept the car and found no explosives.
