1 package spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 pound ground beef or turkey,browned
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Fresh jalapeño, chopped
2 cans Rotel
1 package frozen mexi corn
In a large skillet, sauté the onions and peppers in olive oil till tender. Add in the ground beef and Rotel and cook till warmed through. Add the corn and spaghetti noodles and warm. Serve with grated cheese, a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkling of cilantro!
