OSBI Investigates Bethany Police Department Over Alleged Stolen Evidence

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations is investigating the Bethany Police Department.

The agency says earlier this month, District Attorney David Prater asked the OSBI to investigate the police department over allegations of property being stolen from the evidence room. Sources

tell News 9 the missing items may be drugs.

At this point, three officers have been placed on administrative leave. Their names have not been released.
