OKC Ranks No. 7 Among Booming Metros In The Nation

Oklahoma City's economy is gaining more national attention. We just ranked as one of the top 12 booming metros in the nation.

Oklahoma City came in at No. 7. The number of people living here jumped by nearly 100,000 between 2007 and 2011.

Bloomberg says the improvements like the Maps 3 Projects and our low unemployment rate are bringing people here.

Austin, Texas ranked number one on the list.
