The teenager convicted of murder in the pharmacy robbery in 2009 has a new warrant out for his arrest.
A bench warrant was issued for Jevontai Ingram after he failed to appear in court on Thursday.
District Attorney David Prater says Ingram failed to comply with the rules of his probation and he has filed a motion to bridge him into the adult system which means he could go back to prison.
Ingram and Antwun Parker held up Jerome Ersland at the Reliable Pharmacy back in 2009. Ersland shot and killed Parker. Like Ersland, Ingram was convicted of murder for his part in Parker's death.
Ingram's attorney Michael Johnson plans to fight the motion. No other information is known at this time.
