Orange Julius Cake

Ingredients:

1 white cake mix

1 1/4 cup orange juice

3 eggs

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 large box of Orange Jell-o

2 cups boiling water

1 box instant vanilla pudding

1 cup milk

1 container Cool Whip

1 can mandarin oranges (drained well)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 cake pan with non stick cooking spray and set aside. Mix the cake mix according to the back of the box however use orange juice in place of the water. Bake cake 25 minutes or until cake is cooked through. Remove from oven and poke holes all over the top with a fork.

In a medium sized bowl mix together the boiling water and the orange jello. Stir till dissolved and then pour slowly over the top of the cake. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

To prepare the frosting:

Whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk. Fold in the Cool Whip. Spread over the cake. Carefully place oranges over the top of the cake. Cut and serve!
