Your 2 Cents: Gary England Handing The Reins To David Payne

Gary has announced he will be handing over the 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. weather casts to David Payne after August 30. But he's not retiring from News9 merely changing his focus, as Vice President of Corporate Communications and Weather Development.
