An earthquake shook up residents near the town of Tonkawa, in northern Oklahoma, around 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
The quake weighed in at 3.1 on the Richter Scale, the epicenter of which was recorded seven miles southeast of Tonkawa, about 78 miles north of the OKC metro, at a depth of three miles.
No damage or injuries have been associated with this quake.
According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), quakes with magnitudes from 2.5 to 3 are generally the smallest ones felt by humans.
