OKC Man Crashes Truck, Arrested After Kids Found Without Car Seats

An Oklahoma City man was arrested after getting into an accident, while three of his kids were in the truck without car seats.

Police arrested 28-year-old Nathan Gnau after he reported being involved in an accident in the 3300 block of Northwest Expressway.

Gnau told police his brakes in his truck locked up, causing him to collide with a retaining wall.

Police say three children, ages from 2 to 5, were in the truck at the time of the crash, but they were not in a seatbelt. They didn't even have car seats.

The children suffered minor injuries.

Gnau was arrested on multiple charges, including child endangerment.
