1 box Pillsbury pie crust, thawed
1 container cream cheese, softened
2 cups peaches, sliced
Juice of one lemon
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup water
1 egg, beaten
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and then place one pie crust in the center of the baking sheet. Set aside.
In a large bowl mix together the peaches, sugar, lemon and cinnamon. Spread the cream cheese all over the center of crust leaving a 2 inch order around the edge. Top with peach mixture. Fold the edges up pleating them as you go around. Brush with egg and sprinkle with a little sugar.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until crust is golden brown and inside is bubbly.
