Auto Accident Shuts Down EB I-40 At Anderson Rd.

A car crash has shut down the eastbound lanes of Interstate 40 at Anderson Rd. in Midwest City Friday afternoon.

At least two cars were involved in the crash, blocking one lane of traffic on the eastbound side of I-40. Traffic in the area is backed up approximately three miles.

Crews are working to clear the scene of wreckage at this time. No other information has been released.
