Yukon police say their preliminary reports show 33-year-old Adam Johnson may have been lying in the street when he was hit and killed by a patrol car.
The family of the victim says he was most likely sleep walking when he was hit around 5 a.m. Saturday in 400 block of South Ranchwood.

"He was a great father, great husband. He was the love of my life," said a tearful Faith Johnson, Adam's wife.
Faith says her husband was known to sleep walk since he was a child, and was taking prescription medication (Ambien) to help him sleep.

On Saturday morning, she woke up and front door was wide open. Hours later, she learned he had been killed a half mile from home.
An emotional Faith does not blame the Yukon Police Officer involved, saying "accidents happen."
The driver of the patrol car, Captain Mike Stilly, is on paid administrative leave during an investigation.
