Ingredients:
10-12 large mushrooms, stems removed
3/4 cup swiss cheese, grated
1/2 cup deli corn beef, chopped
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 slices rye bread, cubed
1/2 cup sauerkraut (optional)
1 cup mayonnaise
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium sized bowl, combine the swiss cheese, corned beef, mustard, rye bread, mayonnaise and sauerkraut.
Place dollops of filling in the mushroom caps and bake for 20 minutes or until caps are bubbly and golden brown.
