Brian Williams To Transfer From Oklahoma State

Senior guard Brian Williams is leaving the Oklahoma State basketball program upon graduation and will be eligible to transfer without penalty, multiple sources confirm to News 9.

Williams and forward Michael Cobbins were set to be Travis Ford's most tenured Cowboys. Both were part of the 2010 recruiting class and redshirted their freshman year.

Unlike Cobbins, Williams stayed healthy in 2014 but never really had a consistent impact on the floor. He averaged 6.2 points in 23 minutes per contest.
