Police Seek Suspect In Edmond Bank Robbery

FBI agents say at approximately 10:15 a.m., an unidentified black man with a painted on 5 o'clock shadow and a fake mustache and goatee entered the Arvest Bank in Edmond.

A man wearing a painted on 5 o'clock shadow and fake mustache and goatee knocked off a bank in Edmond on Wednesday.

FBI agents say at approximately 10:15 a.m., an unidentified black man with a painted on 5 o'clock shadow and a fake mustache and goatee entered the Arvest Bank located at 2025 Sonoma Park in Edmond and gave a demand note and a large envelope to the teller.

The note also stated he had a weapon, however, no weapon was actually seen. The teller complied with the demand and placed an undisclosed amount of money in the envelope and handed it to the suspect.

The suspect left the bank and then backed out of the bank parking lot in a black four door Honda sedan with tinted windows. He was last seen driving northeast from the bank toward N.W. 164th Street. No one was injured in the robbery.

Surveillance photos and witness descriptions depict the suspect as a black man with a light complexion, late 20's to early 30's, 5'6" - 5'8", athletic build, wearing a white hooded sweatshirt with a zippered front and a large basketball emblem on the back, white baseball style cap, dark pants, sunglasses, and black and white sneakers.
