A small child had to be resuscitated after falling into a pool at an apartment complex in northwest Oklahoma City, Saturday afternoon.
News 9 is told a group of kids playing at an apartment complex near Northwest Expressway and Classen Blvd. jumped a fence surrounding the pool just after 3 p.m. At some point, a maintenance worker heard children screaming. When he got there, a 5-year-old girl was face down in the pool.
"He pulled her out and called 911. He performed CPR. Police officers were first on the scene. They took over the CPR," said Oklahoma City Fire Department Battalion Chief, Steve Lumry.
Paramedics were still performing CPR when they left the scene. News 9 is still waiting to hear if the girl is OK.
