Oklahoma City police are investigating a jewelry heist at a popular Oklahoma City mall.
Two men took off with some high dollar watches, right in the middle of the day.
It happened just after 11 a.m. Wednesday at the BC Clark in Penn Square Mall near Northwest Expressway and Penn.
They asked to see two very pricey Rolexes and then took off.
In the surveillance video, you see the two men walk into the store through the mall entrance, scoping out the store.
Notice the bright, light green pants and plaid shirt on the second man.
They definitely had no qualms making themselves right at home.
Turns out they even talked with the security guard while checking out the watches with the clerk.
Next thing you know, the two are running for the door, and the security guard and a jewelry store customer go right out after them.
"Obviously a very bold move on their part," said Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow with the Oklahoma City Police Department. "Going in to take these watches, middle of the morning, people around. You can see there is at least another customer who had come into the business, an armed security guard as well, and take off out the door with these two very expensive watches."
Though BC Clark would not reveal the true value of the two watches, the police report states one was an 18-karat gold President Rolex which retails for more than $50,000 dollars.
The other was a Platinum Rolex valued at more than $60,000.
Police say the two took off eastbound around Macy's in a silver Chevy Cruise that was parked in the parking lot.
