1 loaf garlic toast, cooked according to package 4 Tomatoes, seeded and chopped 1 cup fresh mozzarella, cubed 2 tablespoon fresh basil, sliced into thin strips 2 cloves garlic, chopped Sea Salt Pepper 2 tablespoon kalamata olives, chopped
Cut bread halves into half. Then cut into even squares. In a medium sized bowl mix together the tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, garlic, sea salt, pepper and olives. Place heaping tablespoon on each toast and serve.
