Djeziri, Evans Named To USL PRO Team Of The Week

USL PRO named its Team of the Week for Week 17 of the USL PRO season and Energy FC was represented by midfielder Adda Djeziri and defender Gareth Evans.

Djeziri had a pair of assists in Energy FC’s 2-0 win over the Pittsburgh Riverhounds last Saturday in Oklahoma City. Evans helped command a defense that has helped produce four consecutive clean sheets at home. Energy FC is in the midst of a seven-game unbeaten streak (4-0-3). The streak has propelled the Energy FC squad into playoff position.

Energy FC closes out a season-long six-game homestand with two games this week. Thursday, Oklahoma City hosts Arizona Republic FC. Saturday, they host LA Galaxy II. Both games kickoff at 7 p.m.
