'Remote Area Medical Clinic' In OKC This Weekend

Doctors and dentists from across the state are donating their services for free this weekend. These events always draw huge crowds, so if you want to participate, plan to get there early.

It's called the 2014 Remote Area Medical Clinic and it's happening Saturday and Sunday at Oklahoma State Fair Park at the Oklahoma Expo Hall.

Volunteer health professionals will be offering up free dental, vision and limited medical care. Patients will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis and there're no income or eligibility requirements.

Here's what you really need to know about this. Organizers will begin passing out numbers around 4 a.m. each morning on Saturday and Sunday. Doors will open at 6 a.m. Treatments will run through the late afternoons.
