Grilled Pineapple Upside Down Cake
1 can pineapple rings, drained
Maraschino cherries
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Braum's pound cake, sliced
Heavy Duty Foil
Braum's vanilla bean ice cream
Preheat oven or grill to 400 degrees. Place a large piece of foil on the counter. Sprinkle the brown sugar in the middle of foil. Spread out a bit and then pour the melted butter over the brown sugar. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Then place 6 pineapple rings on top of the brown sugar. Place a cherry in the middle of each ring and then top with slices of pound cake. Seal up the foil completely and place on the hot grill or in the oven. Cook for 30 minutes. Then place a serving of the pineapple upside down cakes in a bowl and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
