OSBI Investigating Disappearance Of Alva Man

The OSBI and other authorities all over Northwest Oklahoma are looking into the disappearance of a 40-year-old Alva man.

Travis Murrow texted his stepson last Sunday he was driving to Enid to pick up payment for a pickup truck he had recently sold. His family says he disappeared after that.

Family and friends have conducted door-to-door searches from Canton all the way to Seiling during the past four days.

Christy and Travis Murrow have been divorced since 2007, but she says Murrow is very committed to their four children, and doesn't go a day without talking to them or texting them on his phone.

“My kids are worried sick. His mother is worried sick. Just everyone is at a loss. We have no answers,” she said. “It's like he vanished.”
