A water main break continues to cause traffic problems in northeast Oklahoma City.N.E. 36th Street between N. Prospect Avenue and N. Martin Luther King Avenue remains closed Wednesday morning. Emergency crews are in the 1700 block of N.E. 36th Street to repair a busted water line that ruptured Tuesday evening.
