A 3.9 magnitude earthquake was recorded near Guthrie, Oklahoma, Friday afternoon.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, this earthquake was recorded at 12:23 p.m. Its epicenter was located three miles south of Guthrie and 11 miles north, northeast of Edmond.

It was about two miles deep.
