Shawnee Home Damaged In Early Morning Fire

A home is damaged after a fire early Tuesday morning in Shawnee.

It happened on Center Street near Main just before 3 a.m. Firefighters said the blaze started in a back bedroom, and was contained to the interior of the home.

Everyone made it out safely. No word yet on the cause.
