3.3 Magnitude Earthquake Recorded Near Mooreland

A 3.3 magnitude earthquake was recorded near Mooreland, Oklahoma, early Wednesday morning.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, this earthquake was recorded at 4:51 a.m. Its epicenter was located 11 miles east, northeast of Mooreland, and 21 miles east, northeast of Woodward.

It was about two miles deep.
