3.1 Magnitude Earthquake Recorded Near Medford

A 3.1 magnitude earthquake was recorded near Medford, Oklahoma, Wednesday morning.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, this earthquake was recorded at 6:19 a.m. Its epicenter was located nine miles west, northwest of Medford, and 30 miles north of Enid.

It was about three miles deep.

No injuries or damage were immediately reported.
