Drunk Man Fights With OKC Police Responding To Domestic Call

An Oklahoma City man is in custody after scuffling with police officers responding to a domestic incident at a home on the northwest side of the metro on Wednesday.

An officer was called to the home, located in the 800 block of NW 113th St., around 3:30 p.m. regarding a domestic incident. But according to police, when the officer arrived he was met by a very intoxicated suspect who got into an altercation with him.

More officers were called to the scene because of the scrum and eventually the suspect was subdued. That man, who has not yet been identified, was taken to the hospital first as a precaution.

Three officers suffered minor injuries during the attack. None of them needed to be transported to the hospital.
