Forbes business experts ranked Oklahoma among the top states for business in 2014.
According to the website, Oklahoma jumped from #14 in 2013 to #10 on the list this year, thanks in part to a strong energy sector.
Forbes estimated Oklahoma's gross state product at $182 billion. The site said Oklahoma's five-year annual gross state product is 1.8 percent.
Forbes said the business tax climate in the Sooner State is “one of the best in the country and employers also benefit from energy costs that are 26% below the national average.”

Utah, North Dakota and North Carolina took the top three spots on the list this year.
Mississippi landed in last place, making it the worst state for business, according to Forbes.
