Forbes business experts ranked Oklahoma among the top states for business in 2014.

According to the website, Oklahoma jumped from #14 in 2013 to #10 on the list this year, thanks in part to a strong energy sector.

Forbes estimated Oklahoma's gross state product at $182 billion. The site said Oklahoma's five-year annual gross state product is 1.8 percent.

Forbes said the business tax climate in the Sooner State is “one of the best in the country and employers also benefit from energy costs that are 26% below the national average.”
