Stuffed Asian Inspired Portobello Mushrooms
4 portobello mushrooms, stems removed and caps wiped clean (keep the stems)
1/2 onion, chopped
Leftover asian chicken lettuce wraps
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sauce the chopped stems and onion in a saute pan over medium heat. Add the leftover asian chicken mixture and cook till warmed through. Place the portobello mushrooms upside down on a baking sheet so you can stuff the inside. Place the leftover asian chicken mixture inside. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Drizzle with olive oil and cook for 20-30 minutes in oven.
