Oklahoma County authorities filed a negligent homicide charge Tuesday against a man involved in a fatal crash on February 19, 2014.
Court documents alleged Jacob Owen Streeter caused the death of Robert Porter by failing to devote his full time and attention to his driving and speed, when he drove 110 miles per hour on I-35.
Streeter's Dodge Charger crashed into Porter's Ford pickup truck.
Authorities said the misdemeanor crime is punishable by a fine of $100 - $1,000 or imprisonment for up to one year, or both.
