Former Enid Man Arrested For Child Pornography

The OSBI Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force assisted the Enid Police Department by arresting a man in Elk City on a Garfield County warrant for one count of Possession of Child Pornography, Tuesday morning.

Sgt. Dustin Albright of the Enid Police Department began an undercover online investigation into the exploitation of children. He located Eduardo “Eddie” Villegas, 38, as a user in possession of child pornography files.

Albright tracked him to Elk City with the help of the Beckham County Sheriff's Office.

Villegas was taken into custody and is being held without bond at the Elk City Police Department Jail. He will be transported to Garfield County at a later time.
