An earthquake shook residents near Guthrie, Okla., in Logan County, Friday evening.
The 3.3 magnitude quake struck at approximately 5:23 p.m.
Its epicenter was located seven miles south of Guthrie, nine miles north northeast of Edmond, and 22 miles north northeast of Oklahoma City at a depth of just over two miles.
There have been no reports of damage or injuries associated with this earthquake.
According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), earthquakes with magnitudes ranging from 2.5 to 3.0 are generally the smallest ones felt by humans. Damage is more likely with quakes at magnitudes 4.0 and higher.
