Barry Switzer's Son Diagnosed With West Nile Virus

The son of former OU football coach has been diagnosed with the West Nile Virus.

Barry Switzer's son Doug Switzer became ill about two weeks ago and went to a Norman hospital about a week ago, the Switzer family said.

Doug Switzer is expected to stay in the hospital for another two weeks to undergo treatment.

The family asked for no flowers, but welcome prayers.
