Two people are in the hospital Thursday morning after a violent home invasion in southeast Oklahoma City.

It happened at about 1:30 a.m. at a home located at Stonewood Drive and S.E. 84th Street. The two people in the hospital are one of the victims, Ryan Boyd, and one of the suspects, 20-year-old Jacob Christian Goins. Both are recovering after being shot but are expected to survive while police are still looking for two other suspects.

Police received a call around 1:30 a.m. from a home here on the 8400 block of Stonewood Drive of a home invasion in progress. Police said a man, woman and their infant were home when three men kicked in the front door. The man fired a pistol at the suspect and the suspect fired back. Both are in the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The woman and the baby were not hurt and the woman we are told is cooperating with police on their search for the two other suspects.

Police said they searched the area between S.E. 74th and S.E. 89th along with Sooner and Sunnylane roads, but despite using AirOne and ground officers, their search came up empty.

Police recovered three pistols at the scene. Two of them belong to the homeowner.

Lt. Sky Kays said when the suspect is released from the hospital, he will be charged with robbery. As for the two other suspects police do not have a detailed enough description of them for us to release.

Police will not say if the victims and suspects knew one another.
