1 package Ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate, melted
1 package white chocolate chips, melted
1/4 cup peppermint candies crushed
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the melted bittersweet chocolate on the pan and spread evenly. Place the pan in a freezer for 20 minutes. Then spread evenly the white chocolate over the bittersweet. Sprinkle with peppermint and return to the freezer to chill 20 more minutes. Break into chunks and place in tins to share!
