Three Arrested Following OKC Police Chase

Police arrested three people who were involved in a brief pursuit in northwest Oklahoma City, early Thursday morning.

According to police, just before 3:30 a.m., an officer attempted to pull over a vehicle for a traffic stop at 18th and Drexel. However, the car took off. That's when the chase began. 

The pursuit ended shortly near 18th and Villa. Three people bailed from the car. Officers caught the driver first. The other two suspects were then cornered by police and a K9 officer.

All three suspects are in custody. A firearm was also recovered from inside the car. 

Police have not identified anyone involved.
