Former Dallas and Oklahoma State running back Joseph Randle was arrested and booked into the Irving, Texas jail on an outstanding speeding warrant earlier today, according to a Dallas Morning News report.
Irving police said Randle showed up at the home of an ex-girlfriend asking for a place to rest before driving home to Kansas. He was denied access and the residents called police, who pulled Randle over near the residence. A standard warrant check found that Randle had a speeding charge in Coppell, Texas. Randle was taken into custody and bail was set at $359.
It's a troubling series of events for Randle, who was arrested after scuffling with law enforcement outside a Kansas Casino last November and for shoplifting cologne and underwear in Frisco, Texas in 2014.
