Creamy Chicken Biscuit Casserole

3 cups shredded chicken

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup mayonnaise

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1/2 onion chopped

1/4 cup chopped red onion

1/2 cup celery, chopped


2 tablespoon butter

10 frozen biscuits

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sauté all of the vegetables in butter till soft in a large cast iron pan. Add shredded chicken, chicken soup and mayo. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and top with frozen biscuits. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until biscuits are browned. Serve with a green salad!
