Chipotle Chicken Tamale Casserole

2 cups masa harina
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon honey
1 can cream corn
1 cup chicken broth
1 egg
1 stick of butter, melted
3 cups shredded chicken
ADD:
1/4 cup Chipotle Barbecue sauce
2 cups mexi cheese
3 roasted poblano peppers

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Rub the peppers with olive oil and place on a baking sheet. Cook for 45 minutes until blistered. Remove from the oven and place the peppers in a plastic bag. 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together the masa, egg, baking powder, honey, broth, and creamed corn till combined. Spread 1/2 of the mixture into the bottom of the pan. Place the seedless peppers over the tamale mixture. In a small bowl toss together the chicken and chipotle BBQ sauce. Spread evenly over the peppers. Sprinkle with half the cheese and then spread the remaining tamale mixture over the top. Bake for 30 minutes!
