A new report is out and has people once again talking whether e-cigarettes are dangerous.
As doctors continue to debate the dangers of e-cigarettes, one group now calls them "safe." Britain’s Royal College of Physicians says e-cigarettes are not as dangerous as traditional tobacco. Their study also says e-cigs can help smokers kick the habit.
"We've looked very carefully at the evidence and come to the conclusion that we can be reassured. Smokers can be reassured to use them, the public can be reassured that they're not going to cause significant harm," said John Britton with Royal College of Physicians.
Researchers also found no proof e-cigarettes are a gateway to smoking.
